Water Systems & Pumps
Sales, Service & Repair
Pumps Built for Your Property, Not Just Any Property
A pump that works great for a small home well can be badly undersized for irrigation or a farm operation, and the reverse is just as true. We install, service, and repair submersible, jet, centrifugal, irrigation, and constant-pressure pumps, and we size and design every system around how the water's actually going to be used before we ever recommend a fix.

Pressure Tanks & Storage Systems
Consistent Pressure, No Matter Where the Water Needs to Go
Weak pressure or a tank that's constantly cycling usually points to a sizing or setup issue, not just a worn-out part. We install and repair pressure tanks, storage tank systems, booster pumps, and variable frequency drive systems, and we'll walk your property before we quote anything. Every on-site estimate is free.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know if my pump is failing, or just my pressure tank?
Short-cycling, sputtering water, or a sudden pressure drop can point to either one. We troubleshoot on-site so you’re not replacing parts that don’t need it.
What's the difference between a submersible and a jet pump?
Submersible pumps sit down inside the well and push water up. Jet pumps stay above ground and pull water up. Which one fits your setup depends on your well depth and how it was originally built.
Do you work on irrigation and farm pump systems, or just residential?
Both. We size and install pumps for household use, irrigation, and larger agricultural setups across the Willamette Valley.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, we provide free written estimates for all new system installations, including new pumps, pressure tanks, and complete system setups.
